Bones from cattle raised at Stemple Creek Ranch are slow-roasted, covered with filtered water, a dash of vinegar, and gently simmered for 48 hours. Fresh organic vegetables are added at the end to give this deeply nourishing bone broth its bright, delicious flavor. Available frozen in a quart sized pouch. Always packaged chilled.
