Mama's Lamb Bone Broth starts with gelatin- rich bones from pastured lambs. The bones are slow roasted until golden brown, covered with filtered water, and placed on an ultra low flame with a dash of organic apple cider vinegar. The broth is kept barely at a simmer for 48 hours to draw out every available nutrient possible. Fresh organic celery, carrots, onion, and thyme are packed in for the last three hours of cooking time. It's all finished with a beautiful bunch of fresh, organic parsley and a bit of sea salt at the very end.
